轻钢结构建筑物接地装置的特殊性

钢结构的避雷工作应该由电气专业提供防雷做法,一般都是通过钢柱和预埋件把雷电引到基础地下。其具体的工作有:
The lightning protection work of steel structures should be provided by the electrical profession, usually by guiding lightning underground through steel columns and embedded parts. The specific tasks include:
一、布置截闪装置:根据轻钢结构建筑物的特点,轻钢结构建筑物的屋顶显然不适合安装高大沉重的避雷针在此类建筑物上,轻钢结构建筑物的围护系统为非燃体,当利用金属板做接闪器时,厚度不应小于0.5mm即可。规范针对金属板下面有无易燃品的不同情况,对金属板的厚度做了不同的要求,明确规定“金属板下面无易燃品时,其厚度不应小于0.5mm”。
1、 Layout of lightning arresting devices: Based on the characteristics of light steel structure buildings, the roof of light steel structure buildings is obviously not suitable for installing tall and heavy lightning rods on such buildings. The enclosure system of light steel structure buildings is non combustible, and when using metal plates as lightning arresters, the thickness should not be less than 0.5mm. The specification specifies different requirements for the thickness of the metal plate based on whether there are flammable materials underneath it. It clearly stipulates that "when there are no flammable materials underneath the metal plate, its thickness should not be less than 0.5mm".
二、引下线:只要设置了可靠的接地装置,就可以按跨度将钢柱作为引下线。当然,规范对各类防雷建筑物的引下线间距做了要求,不过在土建施工时,只要所有的钢柱和接闪器、接地装置做了可靠连接,那么它们都是引下线,实际效果超过了规范的标准。
2、 Down conductor: As long as a reliable grounding device is installed, the steel column can be used as the down conductor according to the span. Of course, the specifications have requirements for the spacing of down conductors for various lightning protection buildings. However, during civil construction, as long as all steel columns, lightning arresters, and grounding devices are reliably connected, they are all down conductors, and the actual effect exceeds the standards of the specifications.
三、布置接地装置:现行设计中,一般将基础钢筋作为自然接地体,用镀锌扁钢将其连通,并施行总等电位连接。这样进行处理,接地电阻很小,一般容易达到设计要求。只不过在设计中应当注意,应在室外合适位置预留接地连接板。
3、 Layout of grounding device: In current design, the foundation steel bar is generally used as a natural grounding body, connected with galvanized flat steel, and a total equipotential connection is implemented. When processed in this way, the grounding resistance is very small, and it is generally easy to meet the design requirements. However, in the design, it should be noted that a grounding connection plate should be reserved at a suitable location outdoors.
若是在钢结构的布雷工作中忽视了轻钢结构建筑物接地装置的特殊性,即基础钢筋和接地螺栓本身并没有电气连接这一事实,造成的后果则是整个建筑物没有可靠的接地网。
If the particularity of the grounding device for light steel structures is ignored in the mining work of steel structures, that is, the fact that the foundation steel bars and grounding bolts themselves are not electrically connected, the consequence is that the entire building does not have a reliable grounding network.
